Getting a growth strategy from Athenous Lab is one thing—turning it into real content and scheduled posts is another. Now you can apply your strategy in one click: create drafts for the whole week or pick specific days, then edit and schedule them in Athenous Post. Here’s how it works.

Run Growth Strategy in Athenous Lab

In Athenous Lab, open the Growth Strategy tool. Enter your platform (e.g. LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram), niche, audience size, and goal. Run the tool and you get a personalized plan: posting frequency, content hooks, content pillars, best posting times, and a weekly content plan (Monday through Sunday) with a focus theme and tip for each day.

Apply strategy in Post

Below the result you’ll see “Apply strategy in Post”. Click it. You’re taken to Athenous Post with your strategy loaded. A card at the top shows your platform and niche and lists each day of the weekly plan with its focus and tip.

From there you can:

• Create all as drafts – One click creates a draft for every day. Each draft is pre-filled with that day’s focus and tip so you can edit and schedule when you’re ready.
• Create draft for a single day – Use “Create draft” next to any day to open the post composer with that day’s content. Add your copy, pick channels and time, then save as draft or add to the queue.

Apply all or part of the strategy

You don’t have to use every day. Create drafts only for the days you want to publish, or create all seven and delete or reschedule later. The strategy is a starting point—you stay in control of what actually goes out.

Edit and schedule as usual

Drafts created from your growth strategy behave like any other draft in Post: you can change the copy, attach media, choose channels, set a date and time, and add to the queue. Best posting times from your strategy are in the plan; use them when you set schedule times for each post.

In short: run Growth Strategy in Athenous Lab, click Apply strategy in Post, then create drafts for the whole week or only the days you need. Your plan becomes real execution without leaving the app.
